Introduction

Travel is seen by Southlanders as a major way of bringing together the residents of the area.

So in 2007 the Committee undertook at a few trial excursions using Adur Community Transport to places of interest locally, which proved a great success.

It was then decided that a Travel Group would be set up and funding would be applied for to run a number of excursions throughout 2008/09.

The bid was successful and the Trips will commence in April 2008.

A full report into the current is contained in the document listed below:

The "Teacup Trail" is a major development of the Southlanders Travel Club and has been devised to provide an additional service to local residents who would not normally go on excursions for a number of reasons.

The "Teacup Trails" will operate throughout 2009 from the Community Cafe and will visit a number of places in East and West Sussex.

The duration of these trips will be approximately 4 - 5 hours [normally held in the afternoon] and will all be inclusive of all refreshments [hence the name "Teacup Trails".

Our "Teacup Trail"  Programme can be found below along with all booking details can be found by  following the "Point & Click"  link below or by "Point  & Click" on the Sidebar
